I've found some great lights at home depot. Though not sure if available in the Netherlands.
Four 4ft T-12 full spectrum florescent grow lights.
They are working very well with full grown plumerias. Two have infos and now are start to branch.
Both plants now have two branches forming on opposite sides of the inflo.
I have them about 3 feet from the tops of the plumerias. Will post some updated pics soon
