Well, yeah it IS a lot of work. nodding And aside from our one Extension liason rep, all work is done by the Master Gardeners (with exception of tractor related work.)

We don't save seeds at all.

Everything is pulled at end of season and composted.

I should also have mentioned, the tomatoes that get ripe well before the Tomato Fest are donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank. Any Master Gardener is also allowed to pick and take home what they want.
