I was reading an article on the aggressive Tiger mosquitoes, and it said they could use something as small as a bottle cap to breed. They are a day time biter, most active from 10AM to 2PM. Harrisburg has them, in some areas pretty bad. Our daughter couldn't let the children out to play unless they were slathered with some kind of repellent.
