Long ago my brother's fiance (now deceased) lived in Coarsegold. I liked that area. I like most of the Gold Country but the dryness and threat of fires prevents me from ever wanting to live in that area. I'm a little claustrophobic that way. Could never live in Kentfield or Berkeley Hills. Remember that horrible fire in Mid-eighties? Yikes.
