David, until this year, I have always forced all my plumeria into total dormancy, both rooted and cuttings. I have done this for 25 years. That was all I knew to do. This year will be the first year that I have attempted to keep my plumeria (a few of them) growing through the winter months. I still restrict water to some extent, and of course fertilizer, but I want to see if I can keep them leafed-out. So, this year is an experiment year for me. I can't tell you what to do since I really don't know. I will know a heck of a lot more in a few months. All I can recommend is that you follow my postings and the pictures for the winter months to come.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
