Thanks. That is what I am doing and planned to do on the cutting. Since I have never had one before, that is my biggest concern.

Thumbs up on the new heater. It should be much more efficient. As you likely know, electric resistance heat is one of the least efficient forms of heat. (My Engineer side kicks in every now and then.)
