I learned at one time in my life that your dreams are working out unfinished 'stuff' in your life...and that all parts of the dream are YOU: the dog tied to the bumper....you...being carried away against your will?
I also learned that if a person is generally miserable in their real life, they will have very happy dreams... And if they are well balanced and happy...they work out all the bad stuff (must be a balance, remember?) in their dreams.
I love having terrible, anxious dreams...supposed to mean I am pretty much on balance. I think....
