Becky, I am so glad you posted the pedigree chart! I was wracking my brain trying to figure out the connection between Whooperee and Roses in Snow. I have both and knew they were connected, now I know it was Mama's Cherry Pie!
I have wondered the same thing about registered daylilies. One would think that the hybridizer has to have pictures after studying a dl for a few years. I don't understand either why there would be no picture
