Well - we were over-planting and replanting. Yesterday we planted Red Buds, Swamp Milkweed, Slender Mountain Mint and Showy Goldenrod. The area also has Queen Ann's Lace, Illinois Bundleflower and a couple other natives. Once the Redbuds get bigger, the area will be quite spectacular. Oh well,

Neal - Naturalist - not Naturist. (Not sure that is a word). But yes - that would have been a hoot! And would have created quite a traffic problem. We were right at the intersection of US 36 & major state Rte 33. US 36 is one of the largest and longest non-"Interstate" highways in the US and carries a lot of traffic.
