Scrolled through the entire thread and noticed this question was not answered. It is not dumb.

Our Dave created Dave's Garden. If I remember correctly, he sold the site? Dave created ATP sometime soon afterward. If I have the facts incorrect, someone will fix it. Short answer: yes, same Dave.
