After growing for about 10 years, the main plant put out this new plant! I was really surprised to see it. For some reason the baby is growing much faster than the parent plant did at the same size. The parent plant is above my knees now and looks so happy. I killed a number of them by overwatering, I now let the rains water it, except for maybe 1/4th cup of water a few times during our triple digit summer heat in Arizona.
