In the last picture the white bits are clearer and do look like shed aphid skins. But aphids are not what is chewing the holes, that could be something like slugs, or caterpillars, I'm not sure what else you might have there. Aphids pierce the leaf and suck out the plant juices and those areas can turn brown (which may explain the brown areas) but they don't leave holes.
