I learned at one time in my life that your dreams are working out unfinished 'stuff' in your life...and that all parts of the dream are YOU: the dog tied to the bumper....you...being carried away against your will?

I believe there's something to this. When I think back to the dreams that I remember it makes a lot of sense.
