Where summer is winter

I only know two Christmases, a gray, rainy PA Christmas or a sunny CA Christmas. I'm hoping for a cozy, rainy, CA Christmas. O.K., we had one white Christmas in PA. It was windy and bitter cold and not at all nice.

It went down to 35F last night. They are calling for a high of 66F.
