My plant in whole is much smaller than palmbob's, and this spike picture was taken 2 days ago. But, yes that seems to be what is happening with this one. Thanks much for posting the link. It never hurts to have a second set of eyes and I appreciate you taking a look.

As this baby grows, when the roots are large enough to sustain it, I would be happy to share. All I ask is that you remind me as I do really have a rusty sieve memory. Confused
