You did great! Thanks for the sweet peas! Swaps are about the seeds, not the show-off labels.
For me at least, printed labels are the lazy path. For me, hand-writing anything legible would have been The Impossible Dream. And as you know, once I START typing, I can't stop ... sometimes I have to reduce the font size to 8 point so it fits in a 2x3" ZipLoc.
Two things that Dave's "packing list" helps with: if anything handwritten IS hard to read, it's legible in Dave's "packing list". And I can copy "from whom" onto the individual pkt labels if the trader didn't write her or his name on each label.
When I save seeds from some traded variety, I want to be able to say: "I saved these seeds from plants I grew from seeds I got from LynneHTx. She got them from XYZ. He/She got them from ..."
I like the way that feels.
