Here's another example of half and half 'Lankon':

Mindful of what Rick mentioned about asymmetrical tango patterns, I wonder how the spotting in 'Lankon' is related to the tango pattern. Are they in fact the same phenomenon controlled by the same gene(s)? Because we don't tend to think of 'Lankon' as a tango. And other Lilium lankongense hybrids have delicate point spotting but we don't think of those as tangos either. Hmmm...
