Hanging from the ceiling over the grow area, I have two 400 Watt metal Halide warehouse lights. I will monitor the heat near the fixtures and mount a fan there if needed.

Painting the floor white is certainly a good idea! I thought of that myself and it is on my to do list. It is currently brown.

I have 3 and 4 foot shelving units where I have fluorescents installed with two fixtures hanging from the beams above. They have reflectors, but a lot of light will now be reflected. The walls were painted white, but it was very flat. Very flat.

Final thing I may do is build a hanging wall with firring strips and place the film on it so I have another area to reflect. If needed or desired, I could easily roll it up.
