Golly, pepper - you're too ambitious for me in the cooking department. DH does most of the meats in his smoker and I let him take charge - ever since I suggested broiling steaks in the oven.
I am actually cooking healthy meatloaf and sauteed zucchini for dinner. Paying penance for my splurges over the past couple of days.

Windy and warm here as well. Felt like spring. Even the sun made a brief appearance today but rain tonight and tomorrow. Looks like we're going to be warm even past Christmas. Just hope that if the temps take a brutal dive that it snows first.
