The swaps don't intersect. If you only have one packet you can only make it available to one swap. You will have to choose one or the other to put the green check mark in. If you have 2 packets and you want to make one available to the DND swap and one to this one you will need to make two separate entries for that seed and place the check mark for one under #4 and a check mark in the other for swap #3.
The dates, rules, and details for each swap are separate and unique to each swap and there is no communication or coordination between them. The automated system procedures are universal to all of the current swaps.
