I do not understand why. I thought this was a world wide forum. I posted photos to the Database of this plant under both of its names. It was removed from 'Negra' (BTW is the name it is known by in the Cordyline Society). It, as in many Cordylines the names will vary in parts of the world and should be listed as such. JMO
