It's okay, this swap was actually to accommodate southern gardeners, too. The irony is that the people who said we should have the seeds back to people by the end of January aren't participating in the swaps, so for me it is live and learn. I'll take requests from my swappers from now on to make sure I'm accommodating the actual participants!
I'm giving serious consideration to doing a swap in the fall when people are harvesting seeds so that it's on everyone's minds and so that saying "2015" seeds doesn't make them sound like they are already a year old.
