DND- Maybe we can swap? A medium 'Flat rate" box priority mail at the post office is $12.65, and is about 11" x 9" x6". In early spring, a bunch of small divisions or daylily roots can fit in there, so much cheaper to swap than to buy from a mail order nursery. p.s. I think I have Primal Scream-have to go look at my records to make sure I am sure of the cultivar in that spot.
Warning-here in the Pacific Northwest, 'Fireworks' gets much taller than it says on the label-about 6 feet, this year I kept it at 5 feet by doing a "Chelsea chop". A very impressive show in late summer/fall! Likely does not get so big elsewhere, lot's of things get way bigger here. Can anyone here chime in about this?
Another thing-someone wanted seeds from it this fall, so I collected some. Of course we have no idea what the 'Sons and Daughters of Fireworks' would look like, but I could mail you some if you like sprouting seeds.

That sounds great! You mentioned doing a swap...do I have something you would like in exchange? I'm all ears! Big Grin Thumbs up I have a bunch of daylily seeds if that interests you. I have an inch plant (a.k.a. Wandering Jew plant) that I'm confident I could get you some cuttings of that would thrive. I might have a baby spider plant by that time (I'm not sure...it doesn't have babies just yet, but it just flowered, so I could keep an eye out and let you know). I may have an extra amaryllis bulb or two at that point. I could also try sending you a cutting of my prayer plant once I research the best way to ship a cutting of it. I hope to have a couple of cuttings of my teddy bear plant at that time, too (it's growing slower than I'd hoped, but I should have a cutting or two to spare). I could also probably do a leaf cutting from my kalanchoe millotii succulent if you're adventurous. I will also likely have a bunch of extra seeds after my seed swap ends, so there may be things in there that you might like...many times people send a bunch of seeds of things I can only plant a few of, which means there are extras. Also...there's a possibility I might have seedlings grown from seeds I'm getting that will be ready by spring (I'm planning on starting some of my plants inside under a grow light this year).

Let me know!
