I've grown Baby Blues for several years. It does well in my zone 5 and grows at an average rate here. It bounces back nicely when divided and it's a cute little thing to grow towards the front of the border. I can't find record that I've ever used it for hybridizing but maybe I should since the AHS database shows 36 registered children
