I purchased my first Itoh peony this past fall, 2015. I didn't know there were such things (until reading here in the peony forum in early fall 2015). I purchased the most common, and least expensive, Bartzella. I would love to have more, but the prices are high for me right now. I don't know how the Itoh(s) bloom, but hoping to see blooms on Bartzella this year. I purchased a 3-5 eye plant. It will be exciting to have a yellow peony.
