Let's start with the fact that I don't generally like UFs. The only one that has ever tempted me was Christmas in Oz because it was pink. 2 years ago I finally bought it and I can tell you that while I'm STILL not overly enamored with most UFs this one will be my exception. The ground color IS pink, not a muddy salmony color like some I've seen. It bloomed it's little heart out last year and was sunfast and colorfast. If I were to complain about anything it's that the scapes are a bit on the willowy side. I was told by someone a few years back that it might need extra protection in really cold weather, but so far it's done fine over 2 winters here (last year it got down into the single digits for awhile)....Maryl
