It's some type of Clerodendron (did I spell that correctly?) and yes, it will take over the world. My standing offer to everyone is to please come to my home in Savannah and dig up all you want. Can't kill this stuff.

It could be the Starburst clerodendrum (Clerodendrum quadriloculare). Be sure to read the comment section for warnings.
