My garden seeds are like crosses ,, There is no guarantee they will be anything like their parent , traits yes , look a likes maybe .. With flowers , and even the taste of some vegetables ,,

You get taste variation , like the cinnamon Basil , every one can taste slightly different , and there from the same place and have a large or small seed , with variation , Every once in a while I have had a few that really taste like cinnamon ,
I had a delighful cucumber this past season that was green and white striped , it was thin , no peel skin , tender , and juicy ,, delightful and interesting ,
When I don't overdo the whole idea ,, gardening is delightful for me about that , I don't really have the personal energy required to be a ""real Gardener " but it is a wonder of wonderful possibilities ,
