Sherry, the last thing I need are recommendations for cookies! I'm a "eat the whole pack" type of person. Lately, I make cookies with healthier grains, sub protein powder for some of the flour, use Whey Low sugar (low glycemic, low cal sugar), then freeze individual cookies & cook a few at a time.... I have no self control! Currently, I can tolerate wheat flour, as long as I don't go overboard - have more problems with some of the whole grains. My son is more sensitive than I am.
