I guess the number remaining really is the number you started with, minus the number requested and sent out.
But I didn't want to offer EVERY packet I own of a variety into every swap. I might have 20 of something, and want to put 5 pkts into each swap I join. So the number remaining after each swap is not the same as what I have left "in stock".
I may be using "My Swap List" differently from how Dave intended. But I wish there was one column for "My Total # of packets". Then putting "N" into a swap would subtract "N" from My Total, and when the swap was over, the number remaining would be added back to "My Total".
I should start doing that offline so I don't have to re-count for each swap! But at least re-counting assures me I haven't lost that whole tub in the meanwhile!
