oh Jean - I cannot Stand to hear of people who torment animals and then blame the furries!! That's cruelty, in the extreme!!
I suppose the mailman reported the dobermans? I know that here dogs would be put down for tormenting humans, but having the video tape would prove who was in the wrong - the Mailman!
and seriously - 10 ft away, and emptied the can of HALT in her face? Nasty and unnecessary.
