UFO: "zip away..." that's exactly what I saw of the two I saw two different times here in AZ. Once at day and once at night. Hover then zip away. The one in the Santa Cruz Mtns. zipped in and out of the trees and back to road. Hovering at times or zipping. Actually it followed me from deep in Scotts Valley of road (an old ranch where my friends lived) to about just before Los Gatos. The UFO sightings in PHX / AZ seem to be somewhat frequent. There is a quality of light...

Driving off a cliff: yes, Annmarie. The night I drove off the cliff I began to believe in God. Didn't before that night but now I'm certain. Saw the Light and such an awesome feeling of peace, quiet, comfort, serenity. We were lucky to have a volunteer fireman from the area (with radio) see it happen. If he hadn't seen it happen I'd probably still be down there. I wrote to him after I got out of hospital (1 month).

Yogurt: I can't eat dairy due to auto-immune allergy. I've found Almond Milk live culture yogurt and it's yummy. I eat soy, too, but try not to OD on soy.... estrogen not good.
“Don't give up too quickly"... unknown, I heard it somewhere.
