Ken, What ever you have used in articles is good. It is what this site ATP bases it's theories on and who am I to argue.
I have seen much of this with the Cacti & Succulents also.

I am used to using the species names with the groups that I have belonged to for so long and then we each know what one is speaking of.

May not be politically correct, but I don't stress over it.
