I love onions myself. Just like you, raw, creamed, any way you want it. I cook with onion in almost everything. When my husband and I were dating he told me he hated them and would never eat them. I told him that he better find himself another woman because I would never cook a meal without them. He now loves them as much as I do and feels like something is missing if I cook without them.
