I agree with you, rebecca. Someday scientists will discover we've eaten too much soy. Soy is an extender used in so many processed foods and it's been so highly processed it provides little nutrition. Edamame are good in moderation. Soy actually fuels some sorts of breast cancer (friend of mine is afflicted) and prostate cancer and messes with male hormone.

I use unsweetened Almond milk on cereal, even when making dessert crepes or cream of tomato soup and corn bread, etc. Can't do the milk. There is ONE bakery item at Starbucks that I can eat.
