Sandi, the C.R. is rooted. I got it from you this spring remember? It is in a twelve inch pot. That is why I was wondering if your avatar was a bloom from those double blooming cuttings.

David, we were talking about a different plant than the mimosa. No, they did not suggest to over winter it indoors but a decision I made. I agree about "This is the time to buy to ship. Best time to ship and plant." being B.S. however I wanted it that bad. The root stalk I am assuming is the regular mimosa, so I do not want to risk the top freezing back this winter and being left with a really over priced root ball of the standard mimosa Thumbs down

See? Now do you understand the thread title? I feel guilty and silly for spending so much on a tiny grafted tree. At the same time I am pretty darned excited. Sticking tongue out Does this make you feel better about your two dollar seeds? Hilarious!
