Greetings from the Midwest. I live in MN, but discovered a great seed company near you guys. It is called Adaptive Seeds. They have a very diverse selection. The couple who owns it spent months in Northern Europe collecting seeds. They grew a bunch out to get a supply. One of my favorites is a kale mix in which they let 17 kinds cross. The result is a delicious spectrum of colors, flavors and textures.

Bear necessities kale is the most frilly I have ever seen. Russian Frills is a lot of fun too.

Check them out and let me know what you think!
