Hope your plants survive the winter for you Mary! Though the conditions are harsh, some plants will just amaze you.
Liz and Geof, I think you will love Tartan! There was never a boring or ugly bloom from it. I had it in the shade last year so it might not bloom as much as if it was planted in a proper sunny location.
