It is 100% Orbea variegated. It comes in a light version like yours and a much darker version. I have own one for 5 years only to have it never flower. I let it die in the winter. I will replace it come spring to see if that one will bloom. If not, I will never own another one. I have seen pictures of their flowers from so many people that I hate that plant. (just kidding).
Etymology: The generic name "Orbea" derives from the Latin word “Orbis” meaning "circle, disc", referring to the thickened corolla part - the annulus -surrounding the flower centre. (The genus name implies: "circle").
