Echeveria Afterglow? The flower colour seems to match, maybe the colour changes. The margins of the leaves don't look so wavy on Afterglow and the plant appears to have a more cupped shape.

I see a likeness to Echeveria gigantea .. I don't think the flowers behind it belong to it.
