Luck, my friend, complete and total luck. I was so jealous of all those in FL and CA who had seed-pods coming out of their wazoo. Like traveling, seeing a seed-pod on one of my plumeria was on my bucket list..................for over two decades. Now, if I can just get some of my seedlings to grow up and bloom, I can check off some more things. I guess after waiting 25 years for a seed-pod, waiting 3-5 years for flowers isn't so bad. Whistling
