Sorry!!!! I got it ready to mail & since it was a book, was going to mail via media mail. The clerk said postal employees could open media mail & if they did & there was ANYTHING other than a book, they would make the receiver pay on the postage. Since I had a note in there she suggested putting it in the mailer & sending that way. I don't think she thought my joke/not a joke about needing a knife to open it was funny.
For years I have suffered from depression & in fact, it & mental illness runs heavy in my family. Instead of medication, I get books I think will help. This was one of those that uplifted me. I tried getting others to read it but it wasn't the same for them.
