Thanks, Ken. That was my thought too. I bet the red was just the high light levels. I took them back to the greenhouse so we'll see how they react.
When we were in Florida, we took an airboat ride in the Everglades. There were air plants everywhere! It was really fascinating to see them out in the wild. It would be fun to live where they can just be placed in trees and do fine all year.
