I didn't sleep well at all last night ... hubby snoring like a freight train and I had a splitting sinus headache and just couldn't get to sleep. I've been feeling kinda puny the past couple of days like I'm trying to come down with something. I was still awake at 2:30 a.m., finally dozed off sometime shortly thereafter and then loud thunder woke me at 3:05 and I was awake until 4:00! I can't ever seem to sleep late so I've been dragging all day today. The storms didn't last very long but we did get some much needed rain!
I heard about a tornado that did some major damage, destroying homes over there in Manatee county and a couple of deaths.
I think I remember hearing a report that there's a chance of severe weather again tomorrow night and then it's going to get downright cold!! We're predicted to have lows in the upper 30's to low 40's with wind chills making it feel colder. Yikes ... might be time to drag out the down comforter.
