Sylvain - you outdid me! I got some 6 year old cheddar and it was delicious. But yours was 8 yrs old. Shall I try for 8.5 or 9 yrs old?
I also have not figured out exactly what to do (if anything) with acorns. I had a few (given by various people) but seem to have lost them when Dave consolidated my account. I would also like some Nutella. (Actually I have a jar in the cabinet, but have not eaten any since July. I made up my mind to lose the weight I had gained since moving to Alabama and my DIL's great cooking. So Nutella went off the list - I really like it, but "once on the lips, forever on the hips". I have reached my goal and am not going to have to do it all over again in the spring. Rita on the healthy thread is a real inspiration to keep up walking and exercising (although I am never going to rival her for distance.).
