Here's how I look at it .... he may not know there is a problem. And what if the problem extends to more than just your seeds? And what if he does know and doesn't care. Either way, you bought the seeds in good faith and they should've been viable. For all the seeds you purchased to have none germinate, something is wrong here. Contact the seller (and then the site admins if you don't get this resolved between you and the seller).
