I bought the hot Italian sausage meat, formed it into patties, 6 to 7 ounces each, fried them gently over medium heat in butter (what else) and there you go. You could thaw the Italian sausage, remove the casings, form the filling into patties and go on a burger adventure. 'Twas just a hamburger. But man, was it good!
