Maidenhair fern has long been my favorite of all the ferns, with 'Ghost' fern coming in a close second. Despite the delicate lacy look, maidenhair ferns are extremely tough and hardy here. I planted 50 plugs in the Turtle Garden about three years ago. Starting to fill in nicely now.
