One thing that I *can't* do in the snow is go to the gym. I started going regularly in the fall and now it's become a habit. When I couldn't go for a week after I hurt my foot, I felt like a blob.
It's so strange how habits form. These day, not exercising really affects my sleep, so I'm up at 5 am again.
I'm teaching myself the ukelele, so I'll be practicing today. And cleaning up that mess in the kitchen! Ever have baked-on honey-orange sauce?
