Way to go BetNC, you did do it. Hurray! Hurray!

Terri I think many of us have done that at one time or another. It is always sad and disappointing. Our ground is fairly warm right now and a few things are coming out of dormancy, so I have been planting things that have been in large pots since last November. This will be the first time in years that I have been able to accomplish this task. Hurray!
I agree, 'Golden Lotus' is beautiful.

That is true Julia, I found that out 2 years ago when I went to Northwest Garden in Eugene. I bought 'Black Diamond' in bloom. The other two were not yet in bloom. I sure hope my 'Golden Sunset' has color as nice as yours. It did have one older bloom and it had a red edge on each petal.
